Expert Evidence for Planning Courts, Tribunals and Hearings

Much of our development work is used to support planning and development applications, including requests for planning permits or amendments to statutory frameworks (planning schemes, local environment plans and the like). Ultimately, these projects can be examined in hearings at planning panels, courts, tribunals and commissions (depending upon the jurisdiction) where our work is subject to detailed scrutiny and cross-examination.

We also provide expert evidence at special commissions such as ministerial advisory committees or the Priority Development Panel (in Victoria) where independent expert opinion is required.
